Consultation
The process starts with a briefing meeting to understand a client’s vision and requirements. We drill down to the finest level of detail to ascertain the right form, functionality and finish for a project. Inspiring reference projects, tactile material samples, and 3D visualisations of proposals in context help to draw out solutions that will exceed client needs and expectations.
Site Survey
We take a detailed site survey of the finished space or room where the furniture will feature. These dimensions are fed into our design software so that we can generate accurate final production drawings. We ask the client to sign off this final design before production starts. After this point no further changes can be made without an additional charge.
Delivery & Installation
Once a project is finished and almost ready to be enjoyed, it is fully assembled in the workshop and quality checked against the design and site dimensions, before being disassembled and carefully packed for delivery. Our team of expert fitters liaise closely with clients and contractors to minimise disruption and ensure that the space is ready for a seamless installation.
Design
We work closely with clients, architects and interior designers to understand a brief and accurately translate ideas into elegant and liveable spaces. To bring out the full potential of a project, we apply our creativity, knowledge and experience to finding individually tailored solutions. The project is modelled using 3D software allowing clients to come on the design journey with confidence.
Production
All of our cabinetry is created in our workshop in Launceston, Cornwall. Our experienced machinists cut and shape the hand-selected solid wood or sheet material using cutting-edge CNC technology. Drawing on traditional and contemporary techniques, our cabinet makers carefully craft and construct each piece. Finally, surfaces are prepared for a flawless stain, polish, spray paint or lacquer finish.
